Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders! 

Currently, we are only shipping within the United States. Many of our products also ship from the US. You can expect most orders to ship within 1-3 days of purchase.

Our estimated delivery date ranges are based on several factors, including the destination address, known shipping delays, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. Some items require processing time before shipment. These items generally take 3 - 5 business days to process.  

All items should arrive in 3 - 14 days after processing depending on your order, location, and current shipping conditions like weather and supply line availability. 

For example, if you order a journal, it will need 1-3 business days of processing time and then 3 - 7 calendar days of shipping time. Once your order is placed and we have a tracking number for you, you can check your order shipping info from your account page. We will also inform you through your registered email.

Possibility of Multiple Shipments

Anticipate the possibility of multiple shipments for orders comprising various items, each accompanied by individual tracking details. Your shipping total will not change if multiple shipments are needed. 

Additional Notes

Local Delivery is available for live plants and handcrafted items in Kitsap County, Washington only at this time. Local delivery is offered for a fee based on the delivery address's proximity to the stock location.
